Hake’s auto staff are extremely knowledgeable and only tell you what you need. It was a relief to visit them with an issue I had and when they diagnosed it, they didn’t call me with a laundry list of items to repair or make me feel (as a woman) like I didn’t know anything. I have been going to them ever since.
RECOMMEND!!! A true stand-up business that genuinely values its customers. Big thanks to Dan for being so understanding of my issues and going above and beyond to help me. These are good, reliable people to trust with your vehicle and their warranty is solid and guaranteed, which gives real peace of mind.
Very professional shop with great pricing and service. Been going here for our last handful of repair needs. They made an honest mistake that anybody could make and immediately rectified the situation. No excuses or "moving on" to the next thing. That's all I need to keep returning and recommending them to friends.
A cooler ride home.
These guys are legitimately amazing. Helped evacuate my AC, stored it while I changed my compressor, and filled it back up when I came back. FINALLY have AC in the jag ❄️. Also, the got me in faster and at a better price than ANYONE else
